What we will do:
1. We will arrange all our service user meetings in a
suitable place and at suitable time
2.We will ask users from appropriate user
groups to help us assess potential new services
3. We will involve users at contract
reviews
4. We will train users in contract review
processes if users wish to become involved
5.We will continue to produce a news
letter each year
6.We will distribute our user DVD
7.We will promote our electronic service
directory
8.We will ensure our leaflets are
available at all council offices
9.We will ensure this web site is
effective
