The Housing Market Renewal Team has worked with Chevin Housing Group to deliver the new "Potteries Court Homes for Life" scheme.

The development provides intensive levels of care and support to vulnerable people in a modern purpose built housing environment. The scheme consists of 35 two bedroom apartments and bungalows, 13 of these are available on a shared ownership basis and the remaining 22 are for affordable rent purposes.
