Housing Market Renewal Pathfinder offers great opportunities for regeneration in many parts of Rotherham however some areas in the West and South Rotherham are also in need of similar opportunities to keep them strong. The Regeneration team is tasked with helping communities in places such as Kiveton Park, Maltby, Dinnington and Brinsworth to identify and help deliver projects to ensure communities are sustainable.

The regeneration team aim to improve the quality and choice of housing in the South and West of the Borough through working with the Communities, Elected Members, Area Assemblies, other partners within the council such as Planning and 2010 Rotherham limited and external funding agencies.
